There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about me. I hope you enjoy my site and take a moment to drop me a line.
My book starts out with short chapters explaining who Lucifer is and the captivity of the Jewish people in Egypt. I then get into my preterist interpretation (events happening soon after revelation) arguing that the revolt of Judea against the Roman Empire fits better with early history than trying to make the front visions in Revelation mesh in with modern events.
Because many of my readers don't know early history, I add verbatim quotes from eyewitnesses of the major events of the Jewish revolt against Rome and their defeat resulting in the destruction of The Temple and most of Jerusalem.
Most commentaries on Revelation end right there, but the Jewish nation did continue for about 100 years. The Temple was destroyed and the Jewish priesthood lost their role in governing Gods people, but they made the catastrophic error of trying to destroy the new Christian movement among the followers of Jesus Christ. This is where the destruction of the Old Covenant religion is completed and the rise of the new Christian religion begins.
I compare the visions to historical events to show that there is a much better fit between them and the fall of Judea. It comes to a crisis when Bar Kochba becomes ruler in Judea, organizes a 400,000 man army, defeats three Roman legions and declares Judea free of Roman control. This is all real history and I cite many passages verbatim so my readers need not consult history books.
Not many interpretations of Revelation point out this final destruction because it happened thirty-nine years after the Evangelist put Revelation into writing. The final destruction of Judea occurred in the four-year war between the Roman Empire and Bar Kockba in AD 131-135. Bar Kockba liberated Judea completely from Roman control before he was totally defeated.
Rome then encouraged the remaining Jews to move into Europe. So thorough was this exodus that in A.D. 1870 only 10,500 Jews were living in all of Palestine. The Jewish people did not start their return to the Holy land until the late 19th century. The Israeli people today refer to Bar Kochba’s rule as The First Jewish Commonwealth. The present Israeli government, incidentally, is considered the Second Jewish Commonwealth.
I then added another interpretation of Revelation along the popular viewpoint of a futurist interpretation. But I do not hold to the rapture and millennium. Those are typically Protestant views because they thought the Catholic Church betrayed the early Christians and would disappear shortly after the Reformation.
I cite many apparitions of the Virgin Mary warning modern people about their rebellion against God when Jesus Christ returns at the end of the world. I already have 22 reviews of my book written by readers of many faiths. None of them thought I was prejudicial against other faiths. They all commented on the way I handled everything with compassion and respect
The Apocalypse Revelation - the writer ties historical facts to the events that led to Judea’s demise for rejecting the Messiah. This is a warning to future generations it will happen again.
